PennDOT Automated Vehicle Incident Response Plan - Field Guide (AVIRP-FG) will simplify the reporting process involving a Highway Automated vehicle (HAV) or Personal Delivery Device (PDD)where first responders (i.e. Police Department (PD), Fire Department (FD), etc.) will capture the necessary incident data or detect fraudulent activity while in the field.
